As a coach:
As a coach I will represent the Lord Jesus Christ as His ambassador with the highest level of integrity, honoring my Christian values, individually and corporately in all my association with clients, colleagues and in business practices.
I will aspire to remain accountable to my husband, my Pastor, and the advisory board of Ladies of Destiny adhering to the Word of God as the basis for teaching, coaching and training others and when necessary will seek their counsel.
I will maintain complete confidentiality with my clients, within the confines of the law, and will not disclose client’s name or personal information for any purpose without express permission.
I will abide by coaching agreements made with my clients.
I will honor the coaching relationship with godly respect regardless of race, gender or religion. I reserve the right to not coach anyone who does not allow me to coach according to scriptural beliefs.
I will seek to speak the truth to others out of a motivation of Christian charity and a sincere belief that the truth sets people free.
I will not intentionally mislead or make false claims about my accreditation or expertise.
I will aspire to my own personal advancement in continuing education through venues deemed appropriate and necessary for personal, professional and spiritual growth.
I will be clear with the person being coached of the nature of coaching, financial arrangements and other terms of the coaching agreement.
In knowing the value of using outside resources, I will whenever possible give credit where credit is due and will with respect to copy write laws seek approval from the author/publisher when using direct quotes.
I will respect the client’s right to terminate coaching at any point during the process. I will be alert to indications that the client is no longer benefiting from our coaching relationship.
I will encourage a client to make a change if I discern the client would be better served by another coach, or by another resource.
